Bids are hereby invited for Bonnivale: supply and delivery of farm implements. Scope: Supply and delivery of: • 1 x vineyard model spray pump; • 1 x 2.5 ton vineyard harvesting trailer. Spray pump specifications: • Trailed centrifugal sprayer: Equal and similar to a Cima T50 1000L; • Tank capacity: 1000 litres; • Tank must be polyethylene made; • 30 litre clean water tank: integral for emergency washing; • Pump must be PTO driven; • Working pressure minimum: 1 – 3 bar with adjustable control; • Minimum 500mm centrifugal fan with air volume of minimum 7550m³/h; • Adjustable fish tails with 5 outlets per side for vineyard rows; • Must have an adjustable telescopic stand on tow bar; • Parts must be readily available locally; • Must have service centre within 100km from the project; • Guarantee of at least one year; • Delivered at project; • Full training of the owner and driver on delivery. Grape harvesting trailer specifications: • 2.5 ton Grape harvesting side tip trailer with hydraulic cylinder; • The chassis must be manufactured from 152 x 76mm channel steel; • Adjustable telescopic stand; • Must be able to tip to the side; • Trailer must come with a single or two mounted tipper hydraulic rams; • 2.5 ton bin, manufactured from 3CR12 steel sheets, 2.5mm thick; • Tyre size 825 x 16; • Must be spray painted; • Must come with a parking jack.
