Quotations are hereby invited for the following: Appointment of a service provider/consultant to conduct Law Enforcement agencies sensitization training on Human Rights in the context of HIV and AIDS, TB and STIs for key and vulnerable populations (South African Police Services). The scope of work for the project includes: • Conducting a pre training needs assessment for the training sessions; • Consolidate findings from needs assessment and develop training tools, as informed by assessment; • Conduct post training assessment for the training session; • Produce Training Plan and expected outcomes; • Coordination and facilitation of trainings for law enforcement agencies in line with the Dignity and Diversity programme (DDP); • Producing a report, observations and recommendations for future trainings, accompanied by a training repository which include attendance registers; • Award certificates of attendance or competence, as per SAPS requirements. Expected Deliverables: The trainings for law enforcement agencies on Human Rights in the context of HIV and AIDS, TB and STIs for key and vulnerable populations is the main deliverable for this project. The successful consultant/service provider will be expected to deliver the following: • Attend inception meeting to present the approach and workplan; • Project inception report detailing the consultant’s approach to the overall exercise, project conceptual framework, and workplan with clear timelines; • Training tools for the trainings; • Conducting of facilitated trainings; • Production of training reports based on assessments.
