Scope: The bidders are required to: (a) Supply and implement an Antivirus solution for 14 000 devices; (b) Provide software maintenance and support for a period of five (05) years; (c) Provide solution training for eleven (11) DCS officials; (d) Provide maintenance and support services. A fulltime onsite resource to manage the solution for a period of three (03) years; (e) Provide user manuals and system documentation to the DCS on the implemented solution; (f) Removal of the current Antivirus software; (g) Draft SLA with the Department immediately after implementation.
