Specifications: An experienced service provider to provide the WRC with aboard portal software which will offer the following as a minimum: - Offline and online meeting pack access. Members can download the meeting pack and access it offline; - Cloud based software with adequate storage; - Security features to protect confidential information being shared; - A software that provides for audit trail; - Annotations and notes which could be shared with other users privately or publicly enabling collaboration among members; - Document sharing features; - Round Robin approval feature; - Online voting/poll for meeting decisions; - Both android and iOS compatible; - Both Web and application use; - Support Microsoft applications (word, excel, PowerPoint, etc); - The software must be user-friendly; - Minutes drafting template feature; - Support services throughout the contract period; - Training for users provided; - The software must be provided for three years (2024-2026).
