Quotations are hereby requested for the following: Provision of DVTDM service level agreement for a period of thirty-six (36) months at Transnet SOC Limited at the Port of Richards Bay Terminal. Scope of work: 1. License Renewal and Upgrades: 1.1 Bidder is required to renew license as per the license agreement on annual bases for a period of 36 months, 1.2 License renewal and activation must be done such that thereís no business disruption between license lapse and license renewal transition, 1.3 All license agreements and software updates must be adhered to Transnet policy and security framework, 2. Service Level Agreement: 2.1 Bidder will be required to conduct trainings of using DVTDM from time to time, 2.2 Bidder shall provide system support at all times as and when required, 2.3 Bidder must be able to work online through teams and or SharePoint for ease of diagnosis and system support, 2.4 Bidder must provide also loading of data services for as and when required.
