The ECRDA hereby invites suitable qualified specialist service providers to submit proposals for the provision of records management training to ECRDA employees. Scope of work: Training should include, but not be limited to: • Development of a records inventory; • Develop and roll-out a records management action plan; • Development of a records policy and procedures guidelines and process flow; • Implementation of an electronic document and records management solution; • Development and implementation of a disaster management and recovery plan; • Security of records; • POPIA and records management; • Records and document disposal; • Records and document classification; • Archiving acts and regulations with regards to records and document management.
