Clearing of illegal dumps using a Tractor Loader Backhoe (TLB) and a tipper truck in the entire Matjhabeng Local Municipality hot spot areas (Virginia, Ventersburg, Henneman, Odendaalsrus, Welkom and Allandridge). 2.
