Specifications: • The guard house dimensions are to be 1,5m (long) x 1,5m (wide) x 2,1m (High); • The guard house should consists of two fixed aluminium windows and a lockable door with a fixed pane window; • The floor of the guard house will be wooden; • Window pane to be 500mm x 500mm with toughened glass and guard windows to be 730mm x 730mm with toughened glass; • All windows to consist of aluminium frames and safety glass; • Walls & roof to be 25mm plus paint and surface protector; • Allowance of 1 x electrical plug, 2 x light (inside & outside) with a 2 way light switch.
