Quotations are hereby invited for the following: Appoint a professional social media service provider for the effective management of Johannesburg Water’s social media presence, with the goal of communicating with the stakeholders, residents and customers in a manner which is currently leading in the dissemination of information. Scope: The provider will be responsible for the following: • Creating and implementing a social media strategy that timeously communicates Johannesburg Water’s messaging; • Managing the organisation"s social media accounts, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn and any other relevant platforms; • Developing social media campaigns aligned with the Johannesburg Water’s Integrated Communication and Stakeholder Engagement Strategy; • Creating content in the form of graphics, pictures, videos in line with the messages to be communicated; • Engaging, responding and forwarding comments, messages, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner; • Crisis management on social media, as needed.
