Quotations are hereby invited for the following: Coordinating national & local recognised artist for Youth Day, 16 June 2023. The details of the Youth day event as follows: Date: Friday, 16 June 2023, Time: 14h00 – 23h00, Event: Youth Day, 16 June 2023, Venue: Loerie Park. The successful bidder will be responsible: - To source and appoint national recognized and local artists for 16 June 2023, Youth day. - To screen and evaluate artists before completing the final line up; - To present the draft line up to the municipal Youth desk for final approval; - To ensure that each artist adopt community development programmes based on the beneficiary list as provided by municipality at the site meeting. - To secure one of the artists on the list as provided by the municipality to host a master class before the Youth day event to local artist. - To ensure that all artists are on time as per the performing schedule that will be completed by the responsible official for the municipality. - To ensure that identified artists will attend the community development artist programmes as confirmed by the municipality. - To source artists with a representation of females /males in the genres of music as set out in the pricing schedule. - To ensure that the artist listed for Knysna Municipality Youth day event are at the event 30min prior to their scheduled performances. 1.
