Scope: The City seeks to appoint a single tenderer that will be responsible for the management, support and maintenance of the Facilities Management Enterprise System (FMES) environment. This currently operates at the Cape Town Civic Centre and the Goodwood Transport Management Centre (TMC). This environment is essentially a Physical Security Information Management (PSIM), which integrates the functionality of a range of security and building management related sub-systems, and exchanges data with the City’s SAP ERP system. The FMES environment currently primarily consists of a proprietary PSIM software application (Everbridge Control Center made by Everbridge Software), and the servers, databases, and related hardware and software on which it operates.
