Quotations are hereby invited for the following: Air conditioning units. Scope of Work: • Service eleven 18 BTU and four 24 BTU units in open and closed workstations; • Supply and install one (1) Split type Heat Pump wall mounted room air conditioning unit to heat and cool a reception area of 64 square meters, i.e: the service provider must quote for the supply and installation of a wall-mounted unit for a room size of 64 square meters; • Supply and install two (2) Split type Heat Pump wall mounted room air conditioning units to heat and cool office areas of 25 square meters each, i.e: the service provider is to quote for the supply and installation of wall mounted units for two (2) office areas of 25 square meters each; • The building has a power supply, wiring will be provided by the service provider and will connect to the existing power supply. Isolation will be required, there is no requirement to upgrade the electrics to install the air conditioning units; • The areas where the air conditioning units must be installed are located on the ground floor of the office block.
