Specifications: The weight loss feeder must meet the following requirements: • Bin must be 100liters and have a screw feeder; • The supplied weigh loss bin will receive its product from the currently installed surge bin which has a valve used for feeding automatically to the weight loss feeder; • Supplied 3 phase motors for the screw feeder with a gearbox must be capable of delivering PF at a rate ranging from 80kg/hr to 300kg/hr; • The supplied bin must also have a peddler to ensure that the product is mixed properly; • The screw feeder will deliver the product to the currently installed educator which has a rotary valve motor; • The system must be able to run on either gravimetric or volumetric mode from its control panel; • The control panel must be operated on remote from the currently installed system and or locally from the weigh feeder panel. Current operating system has Analogue Input and Outputs – 4 to 20mA signals; • After commissioning, a calibration certificate must be issued with operating manuals of the system.
