Bids are hereby invited for the appointment of a service provider for ablution facilities upgrades for the South African National Biodiversity Institute at the National Zoological Garden in Pretoria. Scope: The contract shall comprise the supply of all labour, materials, workmanship, machinery, equipment, transport, attendance on others and everything stated or implied which is, or may be, necessary in and for the entire completion of all the following works: • Establishment; • Replacement of toilet bowls; • Replacement of flushing systems; • Replacement of taps; • Replacement of pipes; • Replacement of basins; • Replacement of existing tiles; • Paint work; • Compliance to regulations relating to Health and Safety and the Environmental Management Acts.
