Bids are hereby invited for the appointment of a service provider to evaluate the performance of the board. Scope of Work: The scope for the proposed service will entail conducting an evaluation of the Board of Directors in order to assess its functioning, effectiveness and performance. The service provider utilizing its methodologies will be required to work with PASA Company Secretary’s Office in relation to assess whether the Board is operating effectively. The service provider will utilize its methodology to evaluate as a minimum the following areas: • Board composition; • Board responsibilities; • Committees of the Board; • Relationship of Board with management; • Stakeholder relationships; • Board meeting.
