Scope of Work: - Board software services to conduct meetings online and paperless; - User-friendly software that will enable fast speed in uploading meeting packs and documents sync by the end user; - User-friendly interface with Native app designed for iOS, Android and Windows 10 - User-friendly meeting dashboard; - Ability to generate minutes after each sitting; - Ability to Voice record and encrypt; - Have offline mode, whereby the Board members can access the software and carry out its activities regardless of connectivity restrictions; - Allow members to vote and make approvals on any documents, eg: Round Robin Resolutions etc; - Built-in calendar, sync with MS Outlook, Gmail or any other personal calendar, - The software must be linked to MS Teams for meeting invitations, - Have meeting recording and storage; - Instant updates, annotation sharing, private/public chat options for directorate collaboration; - Easy collation and management of action and meeting minutes; - Platform to create multiple custom categories to store and access business-critical information, eg: policies etc; - Provision of effective and reliable customer service.
