Assignment description: IFC is looking for a In-Country Team (ICT) who will provide input relating to local knowledge of building standards/practices and energy consuming behaviors etc in the design stage of the South Africa smart metering study. The In-Country Team will have primary responsibility for the implementation of monitoring, data collection and conducting surveys in the pilot phase.
