         The Framework Agreement is for operational, maintenance and minor investment assignments within heavy current and low current. The work shall be carried out in buildings/service residences that The Norwegian Parliament owns or has at their disposal in the centre of Oslo.

         The work can be demanding and there will be strict requirements for the tenderer who shall carry out the assignments.

         The assignments will be carried out during the calendar year, adapted to the Norwegian Parliament"s activities. The tenderer must be prepared for major service and maintenance work whilst the Norwegian Parliament is on holiday, i.e. (weeks 25-40). All of the assignments shall be carried out in cooperation with the Norwegian Parliament"s own operations department.

         The Contracting Authority will make call-offs on the Framework Agreement as needed. The need will materialise both through planned replacements and maintenance activities, in addition to acute events such as damages and errors.

         The Contracting Authority reserves the right to hold separate competitions for major and/or special assignments.
