         Lotto 2 – frigoriferi a due celle su container ISO-1C – CIG ZDF39A6864;

         Lotto 3 – lavanderie su container ISO-1C – CIG Z8839A6974.

         La Stazione appaltante intende avvalersi della riduzione dei tempi di gara ai sensi dell’art. 61 comma 6 del D.Lgs. 50/2016 e dell’art. 8 comma 1 lettera c del D.L. 2020 n. 76 e smi.

         Fornitura di n. 25 frigoriferi a due celle su container ISO-1C, per un importo unitario a base di gara pari a 84.500,00 € IVA esclusa.

         Criterio del minor prezzo ai sensi dell’art. 95 comma 4 b) del D.Lgs. 18 aprile 2016 n. 50 in quanto la fornitura di tali materiali presenta caratteristiche standardizzate con basso contenuto tecnologico.

         La fornitura sarà effettuata in due rate: i tempi per l’approntamento alla verifica di conformità dei materiali sono pari a 120 giorni (dalla data di decorrenza del contratto) per la prima rata di n. 5 frigoriferi a due celle su container ISO-1C e pari a 400 giorni (dalla data di decorrenza del contratto) per la seconda rata di n. 20 frigoriferi a due celle su container ISO-1C.
