         L"appalto ha per oggetto i servizi di manutenzione delle aree verdi degli insediamenti universitari per il periodo 1.2.2017-31.12.2018, con i seguenti interventi, eseguiti in tutte le aree verdi universitarie, come meglio specificato nell"art. 7 del Capitolato Speciale:

         — tosatura di manti erbosi e rifinitura meccanica dei bordi dei piedi delle piante e della base delle recinzioni;

         — taglio delle siepi a perfetta regola d"arte;

         — potatura dei cespugli esistenti;

         — gestione impianti d"irrigazione;

         — innaffio delle piante;

         — raccolta di foglie;

         — pulizia bosco e taglio dell"erba;

         — diserbo dei vialetti, dei cordoli, dei marciapiedi e lungo le reti metalliche delineanti le aree di confine;

         — sfalcio e pulizia degli argini;

         — abbattimento di alberi con altezza di 4,5 mt. mediante l"uso di piattaforma;

         — potatura piante con altezza fino a 4,5 mt. con ausilio di cestello;

         — pulizia di tutte le aree verdi da cartacce e ogni altro oggetto di rifiuto;

         — rifacimento prati mediante leggera lavorazione delle superfici;

         — alcuni lavori in economia con tariffa oraria/giornaliera;
