Quotations are hereby invited for the following: Supply and delivery of Goggles for a period of 12 months at iThemba LABS, Faure Western Cape. Scope: 1. Clearview Goggles x 15 cartons (900 pieces): • Vulcanized thermoplastics; • Lens: Polycarbonate, anti-fog finishing; • One size; • Compatible to ISO class 4/5 (GMP A/B) environment; • Goggles must be PPE certified; • Goggles must guarantee at least 2 hours of quality work without condensation; • Goggles must accommodate prescription glasses and fit snugly around the face contours; • Goggles must be sterile; • Provide a certificate of sterility upon delivery for each batch; • Traceability – strap coded for tracking and documentation; • The goggles must be high comfort, anti-fogging, and able to fit over prescription glasses; • The goggles must be reusable; • Must GMP compliant; • Must be autoclaved – certificate to state it is autoclavable from the manufacturer; • Quantity: 400 per year. 2. Sterile single use goggles x 400 pieces: • Goggles must assure eye protection; • Goggles must be able to minimize contamination risks; • Should be anti-fog, anti-scratch and anti-fog to ensure clear vision; • Should be lightweight ultra-soft PVC with a non-linting, latex free headband; • PVC, Polycarbonate, silicone material; • Colour: Clear; • ISO 4 and EU GMP Grade A compatibility; • Packaging: 60 pieces per carton; • Quantity: 15 boxes (900 pieces) needed per year.
