Quotations are hereby invited for the following: Provision of rental accommodation in Mtubatuba for a contract period of three (03) years. Scope of work: The accommodation should at least have the following: - House must have a lockable garage or carport to park car especial at night and the outside lights must be there; - Alarm system and all opening windows should have burglar bars or sufficient security measures should be in place; - House must be well fenced with a lockable gate; - The office must have a Network reception for cordless telephones; - The office premises (interior and exterior) to be fully serviced and maintained by the Landlord; - Turn-around time to be clearly stated on maintenance and repair work by the Landlord; Ezemvelo reserves the right to negotiate the turnaround times should it not be satisfactory; - The Lessor must be responsible for the insurance of the building and the payment of Municipal rates and taxes; - Fire extinguishers to be supplied and accessible in emergency situations.
