         S.A., (en adelante CCMA, S.A.) del servicio de desarrollo y gestión integral de la actividad de comercio electrónico

         de los productos de las empresas de la Corporación Catalana de Medios Audiovisuales, mediante un nuevo

         espacio web y el uso de otros canales de venta online.

         Los servicios a realizar y que contempla este contrato están divididos en dos apartados:
