If an appeal regarding the award of contract has not been successfully resolved the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended) provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by a breach of their rules to take action in the High Court (England, Wales and Northern Ireland).
Appeals should be lodged in accordance with Regulation 86, Notices of decisions to award a contract, Regulation 87 Standstill Period, and Regulation 91 Enforcement of duties through the Court of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended).
