         Choice Housing Ireland wish to engage the services of a suitably experienced and competent contractor to provide kitchen renewals to approximately 120 properties across the Belfast area.

         The works consist of:

         — Strip out existing kitchen and install new units and worktops.

         — Rewire kitchen to suit positioning of appliances.

         — All plumbing and heating carcass alterations as necessary.

         — Tiling walls between worktop and wall units and behind cooker position.

         — Decorating kitchen on completion.

         The Contractor shall start work on a maximum of 5 kitchens per week and complete each kitchen within 5 working days.

         The majority of premises will remain occupied throughout the duration of the works. Customer liaison over work may be required.
